As a Specialist, Instructional Design at The Source you will be a part of the fast-paced, innovative and exciting world of retail. You will be responsible for recommending and developing effective digital learning and communication strategies to our partners as well as leading interesting projects to further develop The Source’s learning needs.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate in order to convey training plans to their leader, peers, and as well as valuable business partners (verbal and written) training and communication plans.
- Act as a Project Manager for training by creating action plans, contingency plans, define success measures, and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build and launch training material in a clear and impactful manner.
- Recommend and develop creative training experiences for our learners within the given parameters (huddles, classroom, virtual classroom e-learning (Axonify) e-Learning, communications, gamification, and mobile learning.
- Evaluate and re-design training packages based on the strategy of the business with strong attention-to-detail and problem solving.
- Ensure The Source is constantly evolving by keeping current in trends and industry technology.
